(1) Dilute it
You want to weaken the substance of anxiety by acting like it’s no big deal
Say things like “So what” or “who cares”
Tell yourself that this anxiety is no big deal, who cares, whatever 😃
(2) Accept it
And what I mean by accept it is to accept the fact that you’re feeling that way
It’s okay to feel anxious. You’re not crazy
So shrug your shoulders, with a smile, and accept this feeling. Take it for what it is 🙂
(3) Chase it
This is the challenging part, but you can do it
You need to chase your anxiety
Chase it like it owes you money
Challenge it
Tell it to get worse
Call it’s bluff
Say you’re ready for it
Anxiety folds when you chase it
(4) Move your mind
After your emotions calm down, simply return to whatever you were doing
Don’t stop everything or cancel plans because of anxiety
Go back to whatever you were doing, because you can!
(5) Never give up
NEVER give up hope in beating anxiety
NEVER give up your dreams because of anxiety
NEVER stop doing what you love because of anxiety
NEVER stop taking chances
NEVER stop living
The anxiety you experience is a small obstacle on your path
Every time you run from it, anxiety will chase you
Every time you avoid the pebble of anxiety, it will develop into a larger stone
Don’t avoid the obstacle
The obstacle is the way
Go through it
You’re not alone

Remember, when you run from anxiety, it begins to chase you
