Trump's own Treasury Secretary (who is also the chief Social Security trustee) has ackowledged, in publicly available documents, that Social Security may have to be slashed 23% by 2033 (closer than it sounds) unless it is propped up

Meantime, the Medicare Trustees forecast that its primary trust fund will run out of money in 2026. It has lost three full years of solvency on @RealDonaldTrump's watch
