I'm surprised that besides @grantstern's article and my thread there's little on twitter on new Maria Butina filing - seems like a pretty big deal that it cites new details on 'Political Candidate 1' & 'Political Candidate 2' - who I think may be Scott Walker & Trump respectively
The new Maria Butina filing includes new information claiming how closely President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov were involved in Jan 2017 Russian delegation visit to the Nat'l Prayer Breakfast and surrounding events
I believe that the specific detail that Butina had "contact information saved in her phone associated with the FSB" is new

Manafort may have shared US campaign polling data w/Kilimnik

Manafort filing is not properly redacted & one section mentions:

"the Government’s allegation that Mr. Manafort lied about sharing polling data with Mr. Kilimnik related to the 2016 presidential campaign."
Kilimnik not only worked with Manafort, he also formed a company in 2015 with Sam Patten, who was a contractor for Cambridge Analytica

There's no evidence Kilimnik worked with Cambridge Analytica, but why would Kilimnik review US election polling data?...

As you'll notice, his avi depicts him as a Marine. His screen name insinuating that he was a Marine First Sergeant, because ya know, everyone just loves Marines. Here he claims a Purple Heart and a CAR
Here he uses the term 1st Marine COMBAT Division. Well, that can't be right because it's actually called 1st MARDIV by Marines.

Maria Butina, 29, a Russian citizen residing in DC, was arrested on July 15, 2018, in Washington, D.C., and made her initial appearance this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
She was ordered held pending a hearing set for July 18, 2018.

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
