The common allegations are :
Though historians are not ready to accept literary sources as evidences, they have relied on 2 crucial issues of Chola history on only literary sources.
Kurattazhwar disguised himself as Ramanuja by donning his robes and went after the emissaries accompanied by Periya Nambhi. From 6000 padi text we come to know that the king was at a military camp (padai veedu /படை வீடு) at Gangaikonda Cholapuram at that time.
Agitated by the retort given by Kurattazhwar and the non-compliance of the two to sign the undertaking, the king ordered his men to pluck their eyes.

1 The opinion isn't binding; the judges can come to a different view, and that might be more likely in a major case.
2 The opinion rejects the UK govt's inadmissibility arguments - ie the case is not hypothetical. Reflects deference usually shown to national courts' assessment.

I haven’t followed the story closely, so I am no expert in the matter. I am just going to give you the highlights along with some sources of information for you to investigate.
But here is what I have:
2-Four brothers: Abid, Jamal, Rao and Imran Awan performed IT for the members of the House of Representatives & were abruptly fired on suspicion that they accessed congressional computers without permission. Hina Alvi, Imram Awan’s wife is also involved &likely a second wife too
3-According to various sources, they stole a bunch of equipment, which is the least of the problem. They have access to a lot of classified information, including war on terrorism and what not. What did they do with that information?
