The state Dept leased that penthouse with a million dollar view for niki at a little under $60,000 a month. Previous un ambassadors stayed at the Waldorf.
cost of the previous residence ( until the Chinese bought it) was a 10 year lease at $360,000 a year at the Waldorf.
