Well now. There indeed was a McKinsey project. This wasn't too hard to find.

In 2009-2010, McKinsey was advising OUR government - U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) - at the same time they were advising Yanukovich's government. They were instrumental in designing USAID's Feed the Future program.

How is this not a conflict of interest?
McKinsey clearly needs to decide if they are about supporting democratic governments or supporting totalitarian regimes and corruption.

Just ask them about their work in South Africa with the Guptas & "Capture State."
