What exactly did Moon watch when he went to the Rungrado Stadium and delivered his 7-minute speech and was applauded 12 times in the process)? Was it "Brilliant Fatherland?" Mainly yes but with custom-tailored content for Moon
Actually there was no title. KCNA said Moon tok in "mass gymnastics & artistic performance." No mention of Brilliant Fatherland, why? Prolly negotiated & some of the content expunged. Moon's boss Roh got in hot water after attending Arirang games in 2007

But some still have problems with Moon going. Greg Scarlatoiu of the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea: "By attending the mass games, President Moon endorses the regime ... the mass games are built on the backs of North Korean children."

There were still scenes like these with preschool children running around and doing split-second gymnastics ... which apparently were objectionable.

Harks back to NK's long tradition of using children for propaganda: preschool kids playing giant guitars & singing hymns to KJI. One of the tools of regime maintenance (surveillance) can get overburdened when running a personality cult: have to start young
Speaking of the Arirang Games which preceded Brilliant Fatherland, Clinton declined to go when he visited in 2009. That was to bring back 2 US journos being held in NK. Was his former White House Chief of Staff John Podesta who advised Bubba not to attend
