So many... but the first that came to mind was Sadistik's Blue Sunshine.
There's going to be a lot of rap in this list.
Not the first I thought of, but maybe the most listened to. 【初音ミク】Ten Thousand Stars by CircusP
Erutan - Song of Joy
I don't want to forget anyone, even the bad people. But one song always makes me think of someone who if I could have let go of sooner would have resulted in much less pain.
Denace - Farewell
Many options, decided to go with an old favorite to wake me up. Psychostick - Caffeine
I don't dance, but this song was the first and still I think the only that makes me reconsider when I hear it.
Utada Hikaru - Devil Inside
Infected Mushroom - Heavyweight
Eminem - My Fault
Smile Song
Eyedea - Hay Fever
Fall (September) took away my cat-friend of 12 years and my mom. Glad it's October now, "there's no hell more harsh than a memory".
Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence 2004
MV is pretty unrelated to the song's feelings, but syncs up with it nicely anyway.
Not sure how this is different from 29 (remembered childhood song). Was originally thinking of Shania Twain's Honey I'm Home, but instead here's something I started listening to around 9 or 10 rather than 7 or 8.
Had to search for this one, thinking of "old songs" I like and then seeing if they were in the 70s or not.
Grateful Dead - Friend of the Devil
It doesn't really fit the normal wedding mood or wishes, but... Lucy Rose - Shiver
Johnny Cash - Solitary Man
Everything Cash covered was basically his song after that, not sure it counts...
I still don't know what this means -- is it a "classical" genre favorite? Or what if you asked older people their favorite song used to be? Whatever, I'm going with the former.
Bach - The Art of the Fugue
I don't really sing.. but I suppose with the right person it could be funny to try and sing the Phantom of the Opera song.
Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby. It was this or "U Can't Touch This". Sorry/not sorry.
Eyedea - Here for you
Eyedea - Glass
Quite a few of these to decide from.. Went with Sadistik - Micheal.
A few different interpretations of this one. I'll go with an old favorite. Eminem - Till I Collapse. I remember inflicting this on my 9th grade sociology class in MormonsVille during "share your music" week.
Everybody huh? That's a high bar.. well, everyone should check out Babymetal - Gimme Chocolate! if they haven't already. :)
Hmm.. don't listen to that much 'band' music. And the few I thought of don't apply, the bands got back together! (System of a Down) Ah, found one. And with a fun MV.
Genesis - Land of Confusion
Oh so many. But this list has a recurring character, so... Eyedea - Even Shadows Have Shadows
Erutan - No One But You
Close enough anyway. Immortal Technique -- You Never Know.
Karliene - Lament for Boromir
Cat Stevens - Moonshadow
Eyedea - Exhausted Love
And with that I'm done! Lost 1 follow, gained another, Δdmg==0. Back to hibernating.
Guess I should have been tagging all of these with
#30DaySongChallenge Oh well.
