Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo spoke yesterday with Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government to discuss strengthening security and economic cooperation between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Government of Iraq.
The Secretary encouraged Prime Minister Barzani and all Iraqi leaders to continue the recent progress toward forming a new Iraqi government pursuant to the timeline established in the Iraqi constitution.

One family had arranged a suitable subletting arrangement when they suddenly had to move across the country to care for a terminally ill brother.
