But this is precisely why millions of women don't find it difficult to believe Dr. Blasey Ford & Debbie Ramirez.
WE SEE YOU BRETT.

But I see the man who abused and assaulted me throughout my teenage years. And the woman who didn't believe me.
I see the guy who sexually assaulted me. the one I hid in a bathroom to escape while he banged down the door.
I see the man who asked me to wrap Christmas presents for his daughter in his bedroom and then attempted to grope me.
I see the married man who tried to corner me in an elevator, kiss me, and then proposition me to come to his hotel room.
I see a guy who pushed & humiliated me & left bruises on my arms. And I see the people I loved who watched it happen & said nothing.
And we believe survivors like Dr. Blasey Ford & Debbie Ramirez because we have known countless men in our lives- father, sons, grandfathers, colleagues, neighbors, who have used their power and privilege to abuse others simply because they could.
But the truth is people see what they want to see, while the rest of us know that we're never safe. From the people we love and from the communities that don't support us.
Next time you see Brett Kavanaugh, look harder.
What you see might surprise you.
