“Kavanaugh steamroller.” Apparently this ‘process is going too fast’ Democrat narrative is now baked into MSM coverage.

Anyone in MSM remember when SCOTUS’s term begins? Bueller? Oh, here’s a Google screencap to help you.
And guess when the 1st Monday in October falls this year? supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments…
Democrats (& their buddy Flake) have already managed to keep SCOTUS from having a full 9 justices to start the term.
Let’s use the liberals’ current favorite judicial avatar and posit that last year Merrick Garland had had his nomination held up so he couldn’t be on the court for the 1st Monday in October. Imagine the headlines.
In that case, you’d see screaming headlines in NYT & elsewhere that:

“Republican obstruction ensures no full SCOTUS bench Monday”

“Sen. Booker on Senate floor yells: What the hell are we waiting for?”

Democrat senators coordinate hashtags #WhyTheDelay & #ConfirmGarland
But the media landscape is such that if anyone is actually pointing out that the delay in confirming Kavanaugh (or indeed anyone) is impeding SCOTUS’s work, they’re no doubt lost in an avalanche of media water carriers advancing the Dem “too fast” narrative.
If the shoe had been on the other foot, you would have had Obama-style rants that SCOTUS has work to do Monday & the obstruction must end—amplified 15 gazillion times by MSM. In this case? Crickets.
Just bear this example in mind next time Acosta or Stelter or their colleagues complain about the perception of media bias. And laugh loudly at them.
