For the record, while midyear elections usually go against the party in the WH, so Dems could conceivably retake the House, I’ll be laughing my Ossoff if they fall short & Nancy Pelosi misses becoming Speaker again. 😂😂😂 
I’m not sure why with 30 days till Election Day the GOP isn’t hammering the airwaves with the message that Pelosi will be speaker again in a Democrat-majority House. She is toxic to many voters (even some Democrats).
Two certainties if Dems win: Pelosi is Speaker again & there’s a push for impeachments because the Democrats’ extremist base will demand it. Impeach Trump, impeach Kavanaugh, impeach everyone. The tail wags the dog so congressional Dems will comply.
The absurdity of this should be evident to all except Dems. Impeachment may pass but there will never be the votes to remove Trump. (Replay of 1998.) Even if there were, Pence steps in. Are Dems going to try to preemptively impeach him too? 😼
Dems would risk being seen as the party of continuing, endless impeachments. The American people will never stand for that. In fact, with an ‘impeachment Congress’ to run against, Trump would probably win 2020 with a landslide. 😜
In fact, in that scenario, the House probably changes hands again, meaning Pelosi either retires or tries hanging on till age 101 in hopes of getting a third crack at the speakership. 😂
I’m not sure why the GOP doesn’t push the message that a Dem House means Pelosi as speaker & frivolous pursuit of impeachments, probably multiple one, over the next two years. That should be in every campaign ad for the next 30 days. 🙃🙃😂
