Worse, the video footage clearly shows that Officers Steven Douglass and Nigel Harris repeatedly tapering Joshua as he lay on the floor

Yet, according to TPD’s own reports Joshua was tasered for a total of one-minute and four seconds or 64 seconds!

Additionally, none of the officers involved in the excessive tasering of Joshua, have been disciplined, placed on administrative leave, or placed under investigation by TPD
