Ask them to denounce ANTIFA. I have yet to hear ONE Democrat call out their own. In fact, they double down, saying it's okay to stalk and harass people in restaurants because "public servants".
I find it so rich that they are out there condemning Trump and his followers. Meanwhile, Rand Paul, Scalise, McConnell, Cruz, Sara Sanders, Kristen Nielson- all attacked while out with family.

Thread on American Common Sense that prevails. My 83 year old father speaks. Wise words to keep us hopeful and balanced in the face of sometimes discouraging events.
1) I remember my father ranting about how Franklin Roosevelt was “destroying America”. The 1930’s were replete with far left labor driven riots. World War II was the event that stopped this nonsense. Roosevelt had no choice but turn to the private sector (Rosie Riveter) to win
2)the War. In order to win a 4th term, Roosevelt had to select Truman as his running mate – a moderate Democrat from the mid-west. Roosevelt died – Truman (with a lot of Trump’s no nonsense jargon) took us back to center left.

I don’t really have an opinion about the @SenWarren Indian ancestry thing one way or the other, but wanted to point out that her campaign feed put out a thread that hits points more Democrats should hit more often.
Key phrases: Tax Cheat. Art of the Plea Deal. Corruption. Can’t Be Bothered to Visit the Troops. Shovels Cash Into His Own Pockets. Afraid to Stand Up to Putin. Really, if you’re going to fight an election campaign against Trumpers, this is the language you need to use.
People are motivated to vote when they’re angry or frightened. Being appalled isn’t enough, something many Democrats in 2016 & after did not understand. Warren (or her staff) gets it, and good for her.

We all know why @realDonaldTrump makes creepy physical threats about me, right? He’s scared. He’s trying to do what he always does to women who scare him: call us names, attack us personally, shrink us down to feel better about himself. It may soothe his ego – but it won’t work.
