On the new status report, the NYAG notes:
* At a Sept. 14 hearing, DOJ told judge they didn't know if Ross spoke to "senior administration officials," entirely contradicted by their latest admission he spoke to Bannon.

NYAG says that the plaintiffs "reserve the right" to seek sanctions alleging a discovery violation.
The DOJ insists there was no discovery violation because they claim Ross did not remember speaking to Bannon before and suddenly remembered doing so again last week.
