I put myself through 90 minutes of @FoxNews.

Just for the hell of it.

I actually lost track of the lies.

I think it's a good exercise for everyone. Over half of what they reported was provably false, a good twenty percent was exaggeration, or facts presented w/o context.

What was most troubling was the sobriety that all of it was reported with. If you were stuck in a waiting room, or a food court, and we're just catching words or phrases it would be difficult to sort fact from fiction.

If you are at all convinced already, near impossible.

It is, in many ways, an exercise in self-flagellation, but I'm a firm believer in exposing oneself to the arguments and information accessed by your rhetorical opponent.

It keeps you on your toes; strengthens your resolves.

Know yourself.

Know your adversary.

Know.
