Liam Fox is absolutely correct - as, if I am not mistaken, the House of Lords pointed out in its trade in goods report a long time ago - trade continues with uncertified schedules, as the EU has demonstrated for a long time.
Brexit raises serious trade worries we have to address urgently. Uncertified schedules at the WTO are not amongst the most urgent concerns.
There’s a distortion of what the wto does and how it works on both sides of the Brexit debate.
