Making money online really isn’t that hard.

Just need to learn a skill and then monetize it.

Here’s how I made $500-$2,000 awhile I was still in college to pay for for my tuition, rent, & more... 👇🏼

What is ONE thing ALL local businesses have that is really bad?

Their website...

So I would reach out to local businesses via business forums, cold emails, Facebook messages, etc. then ask to redo their website.

I had no prior experience designing Wordpress sites so...

I just found some themes off ThemeForest.net and showed them to the owner. They aren’t smart enough to know that these are just demo’s...

So then I would pitch why they needed a new site and it become an easy sale.

I would charge anywhere from $500 to $2,000 to do so.

Then I would sign up for the wpengine.com affiliate program.

Only because they pay out $200 PER NEW CUSTOMER you refer.

So for each new web design project, I would get paid for the site plus $200 for the affiliate.

It become a money making machine.

Then I would go back to themeforest.net and buy a theme that they liked (I would send them 3-7 to choose from then buy it. Typically $20-60).

Once I had it, I would download it and then upload it to the Wordpress dashboard after they signed up under my affiliate.

The beauty with these themes, is they have all these demo’s.

Meaning all I had to do was plug n’ play the clients information and it would already be looking prettier than they previous had.

Which made my clients happy.

So it went from outreach > email with 3-7 demos > get paid > sign up under my affiliate for Wordpress hosting > upload theme > insert their current/existing information > DONE.

Very little work for a big return. It was a nice little side hustle I had.

Which is easy for anyone to replicate it.
