8/ Yes, these results are subject to publication bias. It is possible that other groups have looked at other sets of drugs, found no association, and not moved forward / not been able to publish.
9/ Of published studies, the one that I am aware of that goes against this trend is a study of prostate cancer drugs by @daviesbj &co, which found no association with payments:

10/ For many, the assertion that physician practice may be influenced by such payments seems like common sense. For others this is quite counterintuitive. Always important to follow the data, wherever it leads...
