How can governments take advantage of new technology? From the recent @PUBLIC_Team/@Accenture paper, a few tips. It builds on the great work of @GDSTeam, @OneTeamGov, @apoliticalco, @MindLabDK etc because, as Isaac Newton said, we are "standing on the shoulders of Giants"

1. Be bold

2. Experiment. Iterate. Evolve

3. Change systems, as well as technology

4. Start with users, but don't forget operators

5. Small can be beautiful

6. Build infrastructure but let the market build features

7. Interopreability is not just for flow but also stock

8. Open is better than closed

9. Work internationally
