While I’m trying to work up some energy to get anything I actually need to do done, I’m gonna complain about all the phrases/words I’d like to see purged from pundit’s vocabulary. Follow this thread for a start. Please help me procrastinate and add!! (1)
1. “Robust” (esp from Kristen Walker) (2)
2. “Quite frankly” (as all purpose punctuation, rarely actually meaning commentator is being “frank”) (3)
3. “Progressive/moderate” contrast applied to Dems who actually have pretty much the same policies. (4)
4 . I’ve already hammered at this one in my Hillary book, but: “Optics” still annoys me.
