.. what you need to learn is that business is mostly outcome bias, inertia, beliefs and blind luck. The sooner you realise that, the more things make sense. Otherwise you'll go through life thinking that you're at fault. You're not.
X : What can I do about that?
Me : Lots. Find what makes you happy. Ignore every "secrets of success" guide ever written - it's almost all outcome bias. Realise that the enemy to your own happiness is normally yourself and the unrealistic ideals of society.
