Me : Yes. Born from Lambda + Alexa + ML.
X : Does that mean we have no engineers in the future?
Me : No. Who do you think the conversation is with? Stop thinking AI vs Human, start thinking AI + Human.

X : What's after speech? Reading minds?
Me : Nope. Think speech and maps. A discussion around what is to be done. See also how soldiers operate on the field. The main issues are communication and awareness. But there's no rush ... early days yet in conversational programming.

X : Don't you mean early days in serverless?
Me : That battle has been raging for four years. The winners get decided in the first 5-8 years of such a change. The battle is almost over and then we're into the washup.

X : The washup?
Me : The time when the end has been decided, the battle has been fought and endless last minute Larry's now proclaim that they will change the game ... they don't.

X : Do you really believe that your maps will take over everything?
Me : Absolutely not. I think my maps have prized open the door by an inch. Someone will create a far better map that will blow it off its hinges.
