2000's Syndrome:

You live in an era where constant stimulation and shallow distraction is the norm, and singular focus is as rare as diamonds

You're constantly switching from stimuli to stimuli, all of which lack any sort of depth and are deeply addictive
You wonder why you can't get ahead, yet you've never focused on one thing for an entire day, let alone an entire year

You can't even watch a movie all the way through without picking up your phone

How can you expect to achieve anything of gravity?
You have the attention span of a goldfish

You're constantly distracted

You don't even know what true singular focus is

And until you do, nothing will ever change
