Key findings from our new @LawWorksAction poll on Mueller investigation:

1. Large majorities say Mueller should be able to complete his investigation and follow the facts where they lead. 68% of Republicans agree it would be an abuse of power for Trump to stop investigation.
2. There is almost universal support for making Mueller's report public, and voters oppose letting Trump decide on his own to withhold certain portions of the report. "The public has a right to know if the President was involved in serious crimes."
3. If Mueller probe results in criminal indictments of Trump associates, 4 in 5 voters want those cases to be prosecuted -- including 65% of Republicans, even after airing of "fruit of a poisoned tree" argument.
4. By 60% to 19%, voters say Trump should be charged if the Mueller investigation finds clear evidence he committed a serious financial crime before becoming president.
5. Voters overwhelmingly reject the idea that collusion is not a crime because 1st Amendment protects campaign freedom to discuss opposition research. "The 1st Amendment does not give anyone the right to break the law."
6. Only 53% are aware that Mueller has already obtain indictments and guilty pleas -- higher among viewers of MSNBC (71%) and CNN (62%), lower among viewers of Fox News (46%) and people who don't watch cable news (46%). Attn: @brianstelter. Knowing adds confidence in Mueller.
7. Two key principles supersede Trump's attacks on Mueller: (a) Everyone must be subject to the rule of law, even a president, (b) If the president has broken the law, he needs to be held accountable for it.
