2. To create a new vision, we must engage our imagination. Imagination is powerful. Whatever picture we see of ourselves and circumstances in our imagination controls our lives. Ultimately, it becomes our reality. #glsnig #leadershipdiscourse @GLS_Nigeria

25. Poor management of resources; not lack of money, is the reason for Nigeria’s poverty. Hence, we have to deal with our inclinations to excessive socializing & wastage; it has kept our nation in dire poverty #glsnig #leadershipdiscourse @GLS_Nigeria
26. We need to create a culture where people love to study so as to change our mass ignorance problem, understanding that people’s earning power is proportional to their level of mental sophistication. #glsnig #leadershipdiscourse @GLS_Nigeria
27. We need to encourage individual’s initiative. Government and the financial sector must encourage people to start businesses. We must make it easy for people to start and run their businesses. It is business that creates jobs. #glsnig #leadershipdiscourse @GLS_Nigeria
