Earlier this week, OSC released Hatch Act guidance stating that employees can't call for @realdonaldtrump's impeachment or use terms like "resistance." Now, federal employees are receiving mixed messages in which the term "MAGAnomics" is allowed while "resistance" isn't.
OSC's new guidance could be used to target employees perceived to be disloyal to President Trump, and its confusing distinction will likely make employees afraid to speak out about possible misconduct.
