The Secretary of State @liamfox just boasted that exports as a percentage of GDP went up from 27% to 30%. Sounds good? Not if you compare it to the Dutch percentage a country in EU where that same percentage is more like 85%. The man lies about #Brexit all the time. It's his game
If you take “Net exports” you find EU in second position globally, Dutch in fifth position while U.K. languishes in position 193😂 #Brexit reality 🤗

It seems blindingly obvious that Leaving EU is not the solution to your imagined problem. Maybe UK is just shite at trading? Maybe UK manufactures too little
So let’s look at that list of countries by net exports again Dr. Fox.

Although not a Sovereign country EU is in third place!

Some upset Corbynistas are claiming this photo was “photoshopped”. Are they correct? This is an amendment to Jeremy Corbyn’s motion of no confidence in Theresa May, signed by all the other opposition party leaders, to make it into a motion of no confidence in the entire government
It appears two separate motions of confidence were signed yesterday, one by Labour and one by the real opposition. It seems it is perfectly reasonable to assume both documents exist: One against @theresa_may May, one against the Government as a whole🤗

I compared these two motions side by side and you can clearly see they are two separate motions signed by the same MPs. You think that mad corbynista will apologise after accusing me of “photoshopping” Jeremy’s #Brexit motion? Best not hold my breath 😅 The two motions side by side show they are different documents signed by the same MPs. It seems that after trying to amend Labour’s motion of no confidence they decided they might as well have one of their own

Pakistan’s economy is recovering from what can be best described as a ‘consumption led’ growth period that was financed by short term debt instruments and a stifling of investment climate. Consumption as % of GDP went up from the worrying figure of 91.8% in FY14 to 94.5% in 2018.
Correspondingly, total gross investment (that includes government investment also) in Pakistan was reported at just 16.4% of GDP in FY18 whereas India’s figure stands at close to 30% and Bangladesh is at 31% of GDP.
