Comey said yesterday the Trump campaign was not under investigation. In March 2017, Comey told Congress that the FBI is “investigating the nature of links between individuals associated with the Trump campaign and the Russian government and whether there was any coordination...
between the campaign and Russia’s efforts.”
But he signed a FISA application against Carter Page that specifically mentioned Page’s work on the Trump campaign. Further, Comey told USA Today earlier this year that he regrets telling Trump in early 2017 that he wasn’t a target of the investigation:

French claims manufacturing has not disappeared in a generation. But the article HE CITES touts manufacturing gains (under Trump) for the 1st time in 13 years. Further, the article says the sector is at an all-time low, from 28% in 1953 to 11.6% in 2017.

His claim that marijuana use among our youth is on a slight uptick and nothing to worry about is laughable on its face. The chart he cites shows a major rise since the 1990s - and even this is sketchy because self-reporting studies are dubious at best

In 1994, I ran for GOP committeeman in one of the biggest Republican counties in the country (DuPage IL) at the time. I walked precincts, registered voters, worked phone banks, put up yard signs in the snow - and yanked plenty out of the frozen ground. 1/
I’ve worked for many GOP elected officials and candidates... including untold hours of volunteer time. So I can say how ashamed I am that I wasted so much time working for a party that has largely betrayed its base. Romney’s missive is the latest example. 2/
It’s hard to estimate or gauge how much the rank-and-file GOP feels betrayed by traitors like Kristol, Kazich, the Bushes, and Romney. This is another smack in the face to the people who do the grunt work in this party. And all it does is drive more loyalists to Trump.
