How to make sure revocation is in accordance with constitutional law?
Is it a power of Government?
Does it require a vote in Parliament?
Or does it require an Act of Parl?

The decision in Miller was based on on the Government assertion and assumption that A50 notice was NOT revocable.

We now know that is wrong.

Not only is it revocable.
It is UNILATERALLY revocable

He checks the bathroom but there is no sign of the younger.

Failing to have his call picked up,
he sends a text and starts to feel anxious.

Did Kyungsoo run away?

He opens the closet and finds their bags with their wallets inside. It means the other only has his phone with him.

And he's not answering any calls and texts.

He's seriously getting worried.
If before, he could contact his cousin and ask of his whereabouts, right now he doesn't have anyone to turn to.

Just then the door opens, revealing a drenched Kyungsoo. The younger just stands there, at the doorway with a bashful smile.

"What happened to you? Why are you wet?"

Since the public hearing on estimated Billing on June 5 2018, I have noticed a sudden and desperate barage of press interviews granted by Discos and those who are reluctant to do the right thing in the industry.
The question they refuse to address is the simple one that is it right, moral or even legal in a service industry to bill consumers for services not rendered or for power not consumed?
I have heard and read so many arguments from the Discos and remain unconvinced as none of their arguments are compelling.

After 70 years of imperial/neoliberal indoctrination the web of lies is so obviously absurde (9/11, Skripal, WH = ISIS, etc.), that it is dissoluting. The empathetic humanity connects, closes ranks and sends their eternal psychopathic rulers and their lackeys into nowhere land.
The "evil empire" is a lifelong three year old child. I certainly loved my children at that age too, however only because they created not only a surreal mess, but also made steady progress.

A great documentary about psychopathy and society:
The elite invented "democracy" to protect them from the empathetic people. The media are their means for misleading the people sedated by "democracy". This is definitely a bad thing since the people have become educated and the elite almost totally insane.
