Garba Shehu suggests that the President has been unhappy with the (unfair and misleading) work Dr. Kale has been doing, and that he directed him to go ‘fix’ his inaccurate data to capture job statistics from a rice farmers association.
So what can or should Dr. Kale do? If the job report is positive, the narrative will be that he was forced to comply with a belligerent Aso Rock.
