Initial thoughts on EU no-deal notice. The British citizen rights do not go nearly far enough. More can be done at EU level without passing it to member states.
The aviation measures are a bit vague. It's welcome and was expected, but if I had a holiday booked (bitter laughter) I'd be wary of what it entailed. 
Measure on haulage permits is very welcome (would have blocked all but 2,000 of the 40,00 lorries otherwise) but also very short - just nine months.
On customs, I need more info and will write more when I have it. But it doesn't look good.
There's nothing there on food exports, particularly on special border inspection posts. No-deal would devastate UK agricultural exports.
Scrap that, there is some mention of it in the Questions section - some glimmer of hope things can be certification can be pre-loaded and make-shift inspection posts set up ec.europa.eu/info/sites/inf…
