Which U.S. oligarchs bought a chunk of Rosneft to help Trump out?? $11.5 B is huge. “the agreement appear to make Glencore & QIA 19.5% shareholders in Rosneft, but importantly, they are FIDUCIARY shareholders”...i.e; others are the hidden, real owners.
