don’t kill the host. They leech off of it. So take a two-systems-one-nation ‘Koryo Federation’ or whatever. Ease the Americans and other foreigners, including China, out with a peace treaty and some sort of recognition. Then bully the South for cash, kinda like CN bullies HK. END
