1/ Some additional points to add to David's fact check of the latest no deal Brexit claims
2/ The "no deal is more legally certain" claim is false. I debunked this nonsense in a previous thread
3/ As for rolling over existing FTAs: even if they are all in place on time with identical terms, the UK trading position will be worse because the rules of origin will change, ie goods partly produced in the UK may no longer count as EU goods
4/ On road haulage and flights issues: the EU unilateral measures give less market access to the UK than EU membership or the withdrawal agreement transition period, and are both limited in time, more so than the transition period. //
