Improper redaction by Manafort's legal team reveals that Mueller has alleged that Manafort shared polling data related to the 2016 election with Konstantin Kilimnik, then lied about it to investigators
assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5677…
The text, which can be read by copying the text underneath redactions on page 6, claims Manafort didn't lie about "sharing polling data with Mr. Kilimnik related to the 2016 presidential campaign" but merely did not remember it during proffer sessions.
Trump and Kilimnik, whom Mueller's team has alleged had ongoing ties to Russian intelligence during the election, also allegedly met in Madrid, although the documents do not specify when the alleged meeting took place.
The filing may offer new context for the revelation in 2017 that Manafort and Kilimnik emailed during the campaign about using Manafort's role on Trump's campaign to "get whole" with Oleg Deripaska, including a suggestion of private briefings.
