I suspect a lesson has been learned about how to redact thoroughly.

Paul Manafort's attys inadvertently revealed in their filing today re: plea ag breach, that Mueller believes Manafort shared polling data on the '16 election with an accused Russian spy, Konstantin Kilimnik
The accusation was discovered after sections of the filing – which were redacted – were made visible once copies of the document were made.

At the Richmond Hwy pop up, the line of federal employees picking up food this morning was more than 30 people deep and more were coming and going as I shopped.

This is not American greatness.

I would hate to burst anyone's bubble but the likelihood that *all* of those standing in line for food were only Democrats? Very low. So miss me with those patently ridiculous, ignorant statements. Your fellow *Americans* are now lining up for food assistance due to the shutdown.
History will not look kindly on this. And voters who had to hold their child's hand in a parking lot while they waited for food before a snowstorm? They will remember this.
I have lived with food insecurity. I remember every day.

I also want to address some nuance behind POTUS claims about the southern border being a massive pipeline for drugs.

The flow percentage is largely correct. But note this: last month, the bipartisan Congressional Research Service noted in its own updated study on heroin trafficking, drug traffickers transport the majority of their goods in trucks and cars thru legal ports of entry.

Trump notes the wall and the $5.7B for funding is what "our professionals want and need." This does not take into account those individuals who don't want the border. You know, non-professionals. Where is mention of their representation?

Well, a survey that was conducted only today found that 72 percent of those surveyed preferred the use of programs like E-Verify to help employers determine whether staff are working in the U.S. legally over more $$ for a border wall.

A) Manafort shared polling data with Kilimnik (Russian agent)
B) Manafort discussed "Ukraine peace plan" with Kilimnik
*while* he was campaign manager.

3/ Manafort sharing polling data with Kilimnik (and thus with Deripaska) in spring/summer 2016 doesn't look good, but by itself, I don't think it moves the needle much. Seems plausible that Manafort was just showing off his own usefulness by showing Trump had a chance to win.

My favorite part so far (paraphrasing): OK, so Manafort shared [presidential polling data] with Kilimnik. But why assume he lied when he failed to tell Mueller? He just forgot! He was so busy! After all, he was running a US presidential campaign. He can't remember EVerything. lol
Not only is NO COLLUSION a big lie. There’s so damn much collusion, it’s more like TREASON. We learned today 1) Manafort met Russian agent Kilimnik in Madrid during campaign, 2) Paulie shared polling data w/ him, & 3) They discussed “Ukrainian peace plan.” While Russia attacked.

This article has provoked a lot of commentary today. Most of the commentary from the the left has been alarmist, though some (like @SethAbramson) have been dismissive. I don’t think either response is appropriate. 1/16

This first count #Manafort admits to is violation of 18 USC § 371, "Conspiracy Against the United States."

What does that mean? He conspired to commit a crime against the US or to defraud the US:
A conspiracy, definitionally, requires more than one conspirator. Who did Manafort conspire with? The first paragraph dealing with Count 1 names Richard Gates and Konstantin Kilimnik "and others"
