Vital reminder: a "no deal" Brexit is a proactive outcome. We only fall out of the EU with no deal if Theresa May and the Government *actively* will it.

Yes, no deal is the default outcome come 29 March at 11pm.

But, as the ECJ court case proved, we could ALWAYS remain instead.
So if we end up with no deal, it is 100% down to the fact that the Government chose to leave the emergency parachute of rescinding Article 50 unused, and instead send our economy and our security crashing into the no deal ground with a huge strawberry splat.
