Awaiting #SCOTUS orders. Here were the grants from Friday.
JUST IN: In today's orders, #SCOTUS took no action on DACA, the trans military ban, Title VII LGBT issues, an Indiana abortion clinic case, a Texas gun case, or a 9th Circuit Equal Pay Act decision — meaning all remaining pending before the justices.

#SCOTUS orders the Kentucky Supreme Court to reconsider its standards for determining intellectual disability in the death penalty context in light of the US Supreme Court's decision in Moore v. Texas. Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch dissent. 
#SCOTUS denied the request challenging Acting AG Matthew Whitaker's appointment — it was in the form of a "motion to substitute" Rod Rosenstein for Whitaker — and the underlying cert petition for Barry Michaels this morning. There were no noted dissents.

There are other challenges at the lower court level, which is how the matter normally would be considered. Starting at #SCOTUS was a long-shot effort to short circuit the process.
One note: The orders, as with Friday, do not note that Justice Ginsburg did NOT participate, so her vote was included, one way or another.
As for grants, the next possibility for the justices to grant case will be Friday.
