Very important story. The Ukrainian-Russian Pavel Fuchs for years in the 2000s negotiated with Trump and Trump Jr about a Trump Tower Moscow. It appears that he purchased 2 inauguation tickets (for $200,000) via a straw donor.
Fuchs has been working with Giuliani on cyber security stuff for Ukraine. A blatant conflict of interest for Giuliani. It is illegal for foreigners to pay for tickets to the inauguation. Whoever the straw donor is is in huge trouble.
This is precisely what Sam Patten pleaded guilty to. He funneled $50k from Ukrainian oligarch Serhiy Lyovochkin (same guy that Manafort offered the private polling data) to an inauguation event.
