This is far more than a snarky or pejorative statement. It is a fair read of the framework that supports the thinking that manifests as "solutions" to the knotty, complex problems we face at every level. Fr Global to the local community to the individual.
When we meet new situations with old principles & ideas that are themselves a product of their time they will show themselves inadequate to the times.
Some principles are foundational & span all times. Very broadly speaking I call these 'The Tao'. The way of things.
The principle of 'All things Change' fits in this category. Another is the intrinsic function of opposites that is the essential quality in every vital thing. For example, when a vehicle accelerates it is in a change state, and experiencing a commensurate drag to its thrust.

It is only because of victories by Syria's army around Damascus that renovations could recently be made to the courtyard of this important shrine. For years the takfiris wanted to destroy this important symbol of our Shi'i brothers - destroy part of Damascus' history and culture.

Those of us who see that Mueller a) is a Republican, b) was praised across the board by top Republicans when appointed, c) is being overseen by a Trump-appointed Republican, and d) has found damning evidence, must realize this is what others choose to see:
2/ Shorter Jesse Watters: privately *disliking* Trump is "smoking gun evidence" that you committed federal crimes by falsifying THE MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE against Trump in the Russia investigation and are—moreover—planning a coordinated "coup" of a duly-elected American government.
3/ Funny thing is, we *do* have evidence of a plot in law enforcement to falsify evidence in a criminal investigation and thereby select—via a fraud—the American government preferred by a small group of people at the FBI. It's called the True Pundit Hoax:
