Worth remembering for fans of the 'more leverage after we leave' theory of negotiating with the EU that our Ministers currently attend EU Council meetings with their counterparts and will not be doing so after March.
Officials will also not be attending meetings with their counterparts in Brussels. Our knowledge of what is happening in Brussels will decline rapidly.

This will happen regardless of whether there is a deal or not.
Expect headlines after March: UK snubbed by EU leaders. Each time they have a Ministerial or Prime Ministerial meeting and the UK is not invited, which will be often.

There is no known Government plan to address this issue.

No Deal doesn't make it all go away. We most likely get political paralysis and crisis with economic shock overlaid.
Before we forget, the PM's deal is widely criticised because we leave the EU without a clear sense of future (not just the backstop). The PM has taken two and a half years to not set this future direction, but MPs are supposed to sort it out in a week?
MPs face a tough choice on Brexit - delay the decision to next year with the PM's deal, accept an obviously sub-optimal deal of closeness without much say, no-deal and likely economic shock, referendum to request the public change their mind - I don't envy them tbh

Another defence of the PM's Brexit deal from @HenryNewman - who is certainly putting in the effort most of the PM's Cabinet colleagues are not to back the deal - but one paragraph should be at the heart of Brexit discussions
This paragraph attacks Norway plus on the grounds of being unsustainable as quasi EU members without a say - but I'd suggest it also applies to the PM's deal, Labour's plan, and is actually least accurate about the Norway option
In theory the PM's deal leaves the future relationship relatively open, but in practice it is a continuing close relationship with the EU, given the backstop and the general view that technology solutions are nowhere close to removing this.

In case you missed it from last night - Labour's Brexit plan (Customs Union plus a bit of Single Market) is a formal version of the Conservative Brexit deal (backstop of Customs Union, plus NI follows SM and UK voluntarily aligns)
The difference of course is that under the Conservative Plan there is an aspiration for something different / looser in the future - but unless border technology / process solutions develop we won't get there. Hence also EU still won't offer backstop end date
At best the EU will offer enhanced cooperation on developing the technology / process solution. Meanwhile the desire to end Freedom of Movement from both Labour and Conservative is decisive on our future relations - means no formal say EEA style.

Thread. Most of the homeless people that I speak are homeless as a result of #UniversalCredit Credit and failed esa and pip assessments. This will continue untill universal credit is stopped and scrapped.
This won't change until the public vote out the @Conservatives in the next general election. If they win the next general election they will rush through all delayed universal credit plans
They don't care if they make a couple of million self employed people unemployed. Neither do they care if disabled people are forced into homelessness. They also don't care if children are separated from their families.

One of the most interesting stories to come out of the investigation: Russian hackers paid Facebook to run 2 ads. The first was "Save Islamic Knowledge," 2nd was "Stop Islamization of Texas." The ads set the rally for the same place/location.
so for a few hundred bucks, they had a bunch of Americans screaming at each other in the Texas streets and the media covering it.

It wasn't stupid.
I haven't seen any evidence of it over past few days, but safe bet they are feeding fire of gun control debate.

Their favorite topics are black lives matter and anthem protests, anything that has negatively charged emotional isotopes, anything that feeds tribal division.
