Thread. Most of the homeless people that I speak are homeless as a result of #UniversalCredit Credit and failed esa and pip assessments. This will continue untill universal credit is stopped and scrapped.
This won't change until the public vote out the @Conservatives in the next general election. If they win the next general election they will rush through all delayed universal credit plans
They don't care if they make a couple of million self employed people unemployed. Neither do they care if disabled people are forced into homelessness. They also don't care if children are separated from their families.
They don't care if we are forced to live in substandard rented accommodation, having to pay an extortionate amount of rent either. Lots of tories are responsible for letting these properties out. Google it.
They dont care when our children are hungry, looking in bins for food and clothes, nor do they care if our children receive a sub standard education. They want the working class to be less educated to prevent us from fighting back against their policies.
They don't care if a care home is substandard and is forced to shut leaving vulnerable people stranded whilst their underpaid over worked social workers try to find them accommodation. They won't provide extra funding either.
They don't care about running the NHS down to the bare bones and enabling the suffering of the patients. They're running it down purposely so they can make private healthcare a better option.
Nor do they hold any value in the NHS. They've no right to sell it. It's our NHS and we need to fight to keep it.
They don't care that the police services are so cash strapped that they can't respond to calls. They just tell folk that the crime figures have gone down.. They haven't.
They don't care that people are being admitted to hospital with malnutrition related illnesses either.
They don't care that they are withholding funds to local councils, especially labour councils. They want them to go under to get rid of the opposition. It's backfired though because its tory controlled councils that are becoming bankrupt.
They don't care if a homeless person on the streets dies. One less number for them. They see most people apart from themselves as a commodity, it's how they think. They've always been like this.
We're nothing but a number to them, a number that they can exploit and profit from. We need to stop workfare etc.
They don't care if someone's sanctioned for 3 years and becomes ill and dies as a result. They created this system. We need to stop the terrible sanctioning system,. Sanctions kill people..
They don't care about any aspect of your life, not one bit. You can never join their club unless they want to exploit you for a bit. They'll discard you after like yesterday's newspaper.
They don't care, they just don't. It's worthless trying to appeal to their better nature, they haven't got one. We have to campaign together, expose their cruelty and vote them out. It's the only thing that works.
If they win the next general election its going to be a whole new type of horrific. The likes of which you'll never have seen before. They'll stop at nothing.
I've heard rumours that they want the UK to become a tax haven for their friends. This is a possibility. With a no deal brexit they'll want a payback of sorts.
In the meantime they will ensure that we suffer. To prepare for a no deal brexit start stocking up with non perishable foods etc. If you can't I understand that totally.
Basically they want to f##k us up. They want us to disappear, they want us to die. Have that in the back of your mind always. Use that anger to campaign and to push you to that polling station. Put it to good use.
Not happy with your local council? Then make your complaints heard. If you can attend public council meetings, put forward questions. Hold them accountable. I have and will continue to. Doesn't make me popular at times but it's the right thing to do.
By highlighting issues I've managed to encourage that my local council changes some of the things that were happening. They agreed and have taken massive steps to change things.
I'm lucky we have some amazing mps on my area, shadow mps @AngelaRayner @GwynneMP @jreynoldsMP that all work extremely hard on out behalf. They earn their pay, believe me they never stop. However, I realise that not all are as hardworking as they are.
Big shout out to neighbouring mp @Debbie_abrahams who also works extremely hard. Don't underestimate the work that the good mps do. Show them your support.
I'm going to end this here, but please don't give up. Don't be afraid of speaking out it needs to be done. Years of experience has taught me lots, one thing being that I'm stronger and tougher than I thought.
They also don't care that women are dying at an increasing rate from domestic violence related incidences. They choose to withdraw funding from local authorities to provide refuges and universal credit encourages financial abuse.
Rant over.
