1. your obsession with SA’s diesels is just plain weird. the SA’s state owned generators are lower emissions than coal and run only in exceptional circumstances — a few hours a year — such as when coal units break down as *three* did this week. 3/5
2. your obsession with power imports is also bizarre. trade is good — reduces prices, increases security. if you care about dependence, and arguably you shouldn’t, did you know NSW imports 85% of the time? the country’s biggest importer. where’s your outrage about that? 4/5
seriously, if you don’t understand electricity @Barnaby_Joyce, and we see here clearly that you don’t, spend the time to learn about it before shooting from the hip — else you’ll just come across as another uninformed idiot with a big mouth. 5/5
