As the presidential convoy rolled out of Mapo Hall, I came across a group of very excited @NHGSFP Cooks. One was pointing out PMB(in an open-roof Bus) to the others. Another responded: “That’s the man providing for us. We’ve never had a President like this in Nigeria.” #PMB4Plus4

The #LagosIbadanRail was a central campaign theme in Ibadan today. The two cities are getting a brand new standard gauge rail link (via Abeokuta) this year. Work has progressed considerably; ongoing in all 3 cities & in between. Big F Deal. #PMB4Plus4 #NextLevelNigeria #RailUPng
This new standard gauge rail line is going all the way to Kano, to form the WESTERN Line of Nigeria’s standard gauge rail network. It will run at speeds between 120km and 150km per hour.

One of the most interesting things today in Ibadan for me was watching KWAM 1 at work/play. He wasn’t just singing - he was sermonizing. Asking people to keep their environments clean; asking them to take up farming (a charge PMB echoed hours later), etc etc. #PMB4Plus4

Work going on big-time on Lag-Ibadan Express. Filmed this on my way to Ibadan from Lagos. Project now being funded by the N2.5 Trillion Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF). Recall that @OfficialPDPNig greatest contribution to this road was demolition of toll-gates
If PDP had fixed that road in 16 years (it’s just about 130km o), we’d have been able to move on to face new challenges.
