This is so freaking unbelievable, I can't believe it's real.

AMI (owner of the National Enquirer) and their CEO, David Pecker, signed a non-prosecution agreement that protected them from prosecution for crimes related to covering up Trump's affairs.

Then Jeff Bezos told them go to hell... and published the extortion attempt...

...and all of that sure looks like a crime...

...and committing a crime - ANY CRIME - would void their non-prosecution agreement.

According to fairly wide reporting yesterday, Senator Elizabeth Warren listed her race as “American Indian” on a State Bar of Texas card when when she was in her 30’s.

I’m still of a mind to see the issue of her heritage as more distraction than real but it’s getting messy.

There does not seem to be any benefit or advantage from listing American Indian on a bar card.

So, it’s hard to see an ill intent here.

The rub is that this story has been like a stream of paper cuts and that makes me anxious there might be more shoes to drop.

If Warren claimed Native American heritage at times when it provided an advantage, that would possibly be material.

If not, dragging this out is just more “but her emails.”

Whatever the answer, would seem good to have a conclusive answer.

New discoveries prompt distrust.

As setup, our southern border runs a rather impressive 2,000+ miles through all kinds of terrain.

Remote areas. Populated areas. Mountainous, hilly and flat areas. This land is your land. This land is my land.

You get the picture.

Much of the border requires no fence because your average immigrant is unlikely to choose a route across a vast unpopulated inferno, over 200’ cliffs or through 100 miles of high scrub.

That river is the border. Those cliffs are probably more formidable than a 30’ wall.

1. The Asshole Survival Guide. @work_matters's sequel to his blockbuster bestseller, "The No Asshole Rule". A depressing read when you realize how toxic some workplaces can be.
2."Black Money and Tax Havens", by Prof @rvaidya2000 - a short, breezy window into the world of black money. Again, a somewhat depressing read when you realize how weak the intent and how inconsequential the efforts into rooting out black money have been.

For all the scientists who follow me, you might as well know that my sympathies are entirely with them.

I don’t like that the guy died.

On the other hand, he was trying to wipe away their culture & would likely have killed them, so.

So this was the least harm option.
They didn’t go looking to kill him—he came to them with genocidal intent.

It is genocidal to try to wipe out a culture. No, it is. It absolutely is.

But humans would’ve died too: know that the pathogens he carried would, short of a miracle, have killed everyone on that island.

Ok, here I am. I'll write down some bullet-points. This isn't a rebuttal of your article (no time for that, at least not now): it's just my own list of arguments about what specifically I think makes you, and every other bcasher who isn't intentionally malicious, stupid.
1) Bitcoin is one of the greatest financial opportunities in human history. If anyone interested in wealth & misses it/fucks up w/ it, qualifies as stupid. I get from your other tweets that you're not interested in wealth (I am), so at least this point doesn't really concern you.
2) Bitcoin is one of the greatest opportunities for the advancement of personal freedom in human history. I think whoever qualifies as a "libertarian" in the anglo-saxon "free market" tradition (I guess this is the case for you) & misses it/fucks up w/ it, qualifies as stupid.

It's nearly inarguable that @HillaryClinton is viewed by the majority of the men & women in the MSM that she should be silenced, increasingly at all costs.

The full answer as to why so many have lent themselves, whether consciously or not, to this cause remains elusive.

We do know many of the reasons why they fight so openly against Clinton and they include an often unacknowledged level of real misogyny that is horrifying for it's obviousness, it's depth, and the lengths to which many go to pretend it does not exist.

I have written many, many threads on the subject of @HillaryClinton. For me, she remains one of the most competent, most talented, and most comprehensively knowledgeable of her or any generation. Those who actually surpass her on any of these scales remain few.
