PACE seems to have been set up in order to help companies that had corrupt Gaddafi-era contracts with #Libya n state bodies like ODAC to get reinstated after the 2011 revolution whose anniversary is today.
ODAC was a sponsor on a conference PACE ran and so was the notorious SNC-Lavalin.
Kaiser was not in Libya as a "human rights lawyer" but as an agent for corrupt contractors.
Kaiser knew quite well that the reason Benedict Peters wanted a Caribbean passport was because he'd been under investigation for grand corruption along with the then-Nigerian oil minister Allison-Madueke, who got a passport too.
