Ok, here is Liam Fox celebrating the new EU-Japan trade deal in a press release published on 13 December 2018. "The agreement will help to boost trade between the UK and Japan and is estimated to increase UK GDP by up to £3 billion in the longer term."

Now remember, he already KNEW for an absolute fact that Japan hadn't rolled over their trade deal for us when he put out that press release. Every single rose-tinted word is under the gigantic assumption they'll simply roll over and give us the same as they gave EU.
Deceit on a truly epic scale. Because another way to read the same press release is this: "Here's a list of all the fantastic things we were going to get from this trade deal, only to have Brexit snatch them all away again."

...a “level playing field” for trade between the UK and EU in return for giving UK the privilege of tariff-free and quota-free trade with EU single market. But that is precisely the deal @jeremycorbyn told Labour conference in Liverpool his party world support (see attached).
So Labour and @jeremycorbyn would really be on hook to support May’s likely Brexit deal, if only she stopped calling it a “temporary” customs union. And if Tory true Brexiters scent a fiendish Downing St conspiracy, would any of you be surprised?!!!!!
