BREAKING: The North Carolina Election board has ordered a new election in the 9th Congressional district.

Republican Mark Harris' campaign engaged in systemic election fraud.

Harris himself called for a new election after the hearing began to reveal potentially criminal conduct
Proud that popular.info exclusively published the absentee ballot envelopes that first exposed the election fraud operation's tactics and participants.

It’s possible to believe both:

1. @IlhanMN shouldn’t use language that evokes dual loyalty, which has roots in anti-Semitism

2. @IlhanMN shouldn’t be singled out for rebuke by the House when the racism, sexism, homophobia and deplorable conduct of other members is ignored
This is a clarification of an earlier tweet which obscured @IlhanMN’s actual quote: “I should not be expected to have allegiance/pledge support to a foreign country in order to serve my country in Congress.”

It involves Stony Rushing, who Mark Harris endorsed in the new Congressional election in North Carolina.

It's a little involved but I promise it's totally worth it.

2. Rushing filed a complaint on behalf of his tween daughter against Tracy Wesolek, who was active in GOP politics.

The complaint sought a NO-CONTACT ORDER FOR STALKING OR NON-CONSENSUAL SEXUAL CONDUCT

It referenced assault, molestation, and stalking.

3. But the complaint didn't disclose that Rushing had an affair with Wesolek and, prior to filing the complaint, professed his love for her

You don't have to take my word for it. Rushing himself was forced to admit it when he was deposed for the case.

Here is the judge's gag order:

Key language is "You may add that you deny or are innocent of the charges, but that's the extent of it."

3. Here, Stone isn't merely proclaiming his innocence. He's attacking Cohen and calling him a liar. Perhaps the judge will overlook this.

If I were Stone I wouldn't risk it. The judge made it very clear if he violated the gag order he was going to jail.

This CNN chyron completely misses the point. Trump dismissed North Carolina election fraud, he didn't really "condemn" it.
