@AmericanAir is trash. Customer service rep actually said “We’re all inconvienced by this weather” Really? Because you’re telling me I can’t go home for THREE DAYS due to wind in Chicago unless I want to pay for a rental car myself & drive home...how are you & AA affected? 🙄
Here’s the story: I’m supposed fly CVG to ORD to MSN tomorrow. Flight from ORD to MSN cancelled. Other airlines appear to still have flights from CVG or ORD. American says they can’t rebook me until Tuesday.
I asked if they would pay for a rental car or bus from Chicago & they said no. I asked if they would refund the cancelled flight cost & they said only after fees and if I call back later to have it done. Zero empathy. Zero people skills.
